Long Lake Frontage

Homes directly on Long Lake command the highest prices and offer the quintessential lake living experience — dock access, water views, and the kind of morning coffee on the pier that makes it all worthwhile.

Central Mahtomedi

The area around the commercial district and schools is popular with families who want walkability to schools and local shops. Homes here tend to be well-maintained, mid-century construction with mature trees.

North and East Mahtomedi

The northern and eastern portions of the city offer larger lots, more space, and a more rural feel while remaining within the Mahtomedi school district boundaries.
