New construction opportunities exist throughout the Twin Cities lake communities, though inventory varies significantly by community. Some areas have more available lots and development activity than others.
Where to Look
White Bear Township and portions of Lake Elmo tend to have the most new construction activity. Mahtomedi and established lake neighborhoods have limited new-build opportunities due to the mature development pattern.
