White Bear Lake Boat Launches
White Bear Lake has several public boat access points maintained by the city and the Minnesota DNR. These include landings on both the north and south ends of the lake, providing convenient access regardless of where you are coming from.
Public Access Points
The landings typically offer parking for vehicles and trailers, and are well-used during the summer season. Peak summer mornings can see a line of boats waiting to launch, so early risers have the advantage.
For the most current information on access point locations and conditions, check with the City of White Bear Lake or the Minnesota DNR. The MN DNR Boat Launch Finder is the single best resource for planning a day on the water.
Tips for Launching
Arrive early on summer weekends. Have your trailer backed in and ready before you unload gear. And be courteous — the boat landing community is tight-knit, and a little patience goes a long way.
